Is It Normal To Have Year-long Hard, Dry Stools With Bleeding, Clots, And Occasional And Could Hemorrhoids Be The Cause?

29y/o 130lbs healthy male: I have had large hard dry stools for over a year now, and never had constipation before then. I never have loose stools. I have blood on every wipe, and occasionally large amounts of blood in the toilet with new small clots. I drink plenty of fluid and eat adequately. I m concerned that my stool is so hard, dry, and large. I may go up to 4 days without a bowel movement or have 1 every consecutive day, but it s always like giving birth. I have yellow or green discharge on wiping when the stool is usually brown, or sometimes orange/yellow. Ive taken senna/docusate + miralax but there was no improvement. I ve had 3/10 dull abdominal pain for years in the RLQ, and recently a random intense stabbing pain in my rectum that lasts a few minutes. Is constipation like this normal? I m pretty sure the blood is from hemorrhoids but i don t know if hemorrhoids cause clots or worsen constipation. I don t take any medicine daily. I had a CBC, BMP, PSA this year and it was all normal. Thank you for your time and input.
