Is It Normal To Hear Air Escaping From My Ear And Experience Issues With Low Tones Four Weeks After A Myringotomy?

Myringotomy done almost 4 wks ago, I can hear out of ear except low tones, if I block nose and put pressure on ear drum from from breathing out it sounds fine until I stop. I still hear air escaping my ear where the hole was made if i blow harder. Is this still normal it will be 4 wks Thursday I had it done
