Is It Normal To Let A Lifelong Needle Phobia Prevent Me From Getting A Vaccine?

Hi there. I m just a bit nervous about speaking to a doctor about something which I feel at the age of 38 probably sounds pathetic, but sadly is currently stopping me from taking up an appointment for a Covid-19 vaccination. I have suffered from needle phobia since childhood and it s really bothering me.
