Is It Normal To Salivate Excessively During Pregnancy?

Hi :) im 10weeks pregnant snd got to much saliva .. I have to spot in s small bottle . Do xou know something how csn i stop it ?? Its to much now . 3weeks ago .. I csnt even drink becssu of the saliva , please help me . I tried All ready coffe , salty water, seeds but non of them was helping for me . Thanks for your help

Don't worry. This is a temporary symptom.
Usually subsides by 14 weeks pregnancy.

Try the following to make it easier to deal with.
Try chewing minty sugarless gum or suck on hard candies as these make swallowing easier.
Eat frequent small meals to avoid your stomach becoming empty as empty stomach can trigger nausea and salivation during pregnancy.
Cut back on sweets as sugar tends to increase salivation.
Drink plenty of water to make up for the fluid being lost as spit.
Lastly tooth diseases also increase salivation. So get a dental check up for yourself.
