Is It Normal To Sleep For 7-8 Hours During The Night With An Additional Time Of 1-2 Hours During The Day?
Good morning, I am 22 years old and i sleep for around six hours only. I don t feel dizziness or tiredness in the daytime except for a slight sleepiness after lunch for about half an hour. I am a student and stay in the hostel and here most of the people i know sleep for 7-8 hours during night with an additional time of 1-2 hours during day. Is my sleeping pattern normal?
