Is It Normal To Sweat Through Head While Eating Spicy Food?

I am 50 notice that I sweat excessively through my head only when I eat spicy chilli food such as peperoni sausage. About 5 years ago I started exercising 0n a treadmill and walked 8kms daily. I lost some weight and notice I would work up a sweat because I walk at a fast pace. It is since then that I noticed a few sweat beads when eating spicy food. As kids we would sweat mostly through our heads when running around playing. Do I have a condition or is this normal?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

Sweating during physical activity is a normal phenomenon.
Sweating while eating spicy and chilli food is also normal and many individuals experience this.
Thus, there is nothing abnormal in it.
Sweating occurs due to stimulation of sweat glands on the forehead while consuming chilly foods.

Thanks and take care
