Is It Normal With People Who Have Anxiety Feel Lazy And Tired All The Time ?

I have been told last year i have anxeity, but now im woundering why am so tired all the time , im either dying of paronoia an on edge all the time or lazy tired all the time and cant be bothered with anything whats the deal? is this normal with people that have been told they have anxiety

Hi Christina,

the most common presentation of anxiety, after pure anxiety forms themselves, is a mixture of anxiety and depression. It could be that in your case.

Also, my usual rule of thumb is if someone says I am/may be paranoid, (unless they have been chronically psychotic patientss for years, which I guess oyu are not) they are not paranoid as they have not yet lost that touch with reality which is charecteristic of "Paranoia"....so please rest assured that your are probably not paranoid.
