Is It Ok To Damage The Breast Implants In Order To Drain A Cyst ?

I have implants in my breasts, I have a cist , my plastic surgeon said if it were to be drained to be tested, it would not matter if they peaced the implant as they are going to be removed shortly anyway. I was alarmed by this comment, as i have asked him for a replacement in december but now i am worried.

Please note..
1. Yes there is a chance of implant rupture in case of cyst aspirations or any surgical procedures in that area..

2. But do not panic. The operating surgeon will take care..

3. Only if it's infected, then complete removal is justified.
