Is It Ok To Masturbate After Surgery On Prostate?

I had an operation four weeks ago on my prostrate, they said it was ok and later got a letter saying my biopsy report was ok too. I am in my 70s now and because my wife has a heart problem we dont have sex now for some time, so now and then I masturbate. Is it Ok now to do it again now and then as the feeling dictates after four weeks ?
I am still a little sore in my penis area but am getting slowly stronger in health.
Can you advise me if its ok please

If there is no pain or blood in urine you may masturbate without applying excessive pressure.

Open surgery may need 4-8 weeks time.
