Is It Ok To Sleep After Getting Concussion?

hey, i was out with my cousin yesterday, and we went to pubs etc. and i was beaten to near-death by 2 guys who also gave me an concussion. So i am now wondering what if i sleep now what may happen etc. forgot to ask the doctors here about it so . thanks for help in advance :) Male 19
