Is It Okay To Do C-section In 36 Weeks Pregnancy?

im 36 weeks pergnent and its my 4 th time.i had alredy 3 c setions in 6 years.now my doc wants to deliver my baby at 36 weeks and want give me injection for lung maturity before doing my c section at 36 th weeek.i want to know will its ok with featus or may create some problem?

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You should get the caesarean section done at 36 weeks of pregnancy to avoid the risk of uterine rupture and fetal death if the Labour starts.
You should receive the steroid injection for fetal lung maturity, however they are not needed if the delivery occurs beyond34 weeks of pregnancy.
