Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

You have hyperthyroidism and your weight loss is due to hyperthyroidism. Carbimazole is used to lower thyroid hormone levels. So now your weight is increasing.

If you don't have any liver disease then you can take beer. It will not affect your thyroid level.
