Is It Okay To Drive While Recovering From Dizziness?

I had a dizzy turn when working in the garden the other day and a neighbour rang for an ambulance without asking me however the paramedics came and refer me to a doctor who then told me I needed a monitor she didn t day whether I could drive or not, I have been very well since an I allowed to drive or not ?
