Is It Okay To Eat Cornflakes If I Have Hypothyroidism?
Hi I have hypothyroidism. I am taking medicine regularly (eltroxin 50 mg). I read it on net that I can t (should not) have corn in my diet. I am trying to put down my weight these days so I take cornflakes in breakfast. Is it OK or do I need to replace it with something else?
I donot see any correlation between thyroid/thyroid hormone and cornflakes & therefore you can safely use it in your breakfast.
