hai doctor i have pain in my right knee , i have consulted it with an orthopedic doctor i took x ray and mri scan of my knee xray is normal mri says- 1. MINIMAL RIGHT KNEE JOINT EFFUSION 2.FOCAL MINIMAL SUBCHONDRAL MARROW EDEMA IN THE CENTRAL ASPECT OF LATERAL TIBIAL CONDYLE I HAVE SHOWN THE MRI TO ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR. HE SAID THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY. NO MEDICINE IS GIVEN HE REFERRED ME TO A PHYSIOTHERAPIST . PHYSIOTHERAPIST SHOWN ME SOME KNEE EXERCISES IS THIS OKKKK
