Is It Okay To Take A Bath While Using Progesterone Vaginal Cream?

Is it ok to take a bath while using progesterone vaginal cream (crinone 8%) to treat progesterone deficiency/undetermined infertility? I've been trying to conceive for over a year and fear a bath will wash out all the cream, decreasing my chances of getting pregnant. At the same time, a bath (and feeling comfortable to take one) would be very relaxing for me. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
