Is It Part Of Astigmatism To Have Pain In The Eye,blurred Vision And To Feel Dizzy?

My eyes have been hurting recently, I find myself having to squint all the time so they won't hurt. Sometimes when I'm sitting down or laying and I have to stand up I feel dizzy and my vision gets blurry to the point where I have to hold onto something because I feel like passing out. Is this part of astigmatism?

Vision is to be tested in case of error. It is to be corrected.Blood sugar, blood pressure to be checked.Astigmatism does not give such symptom. It is related to refractive error.Complete all eye related tests. With all the result consult your doctor.
