Is It Possible I Ovulated Twice?

Is it possible I O twice. On CD 14 I took bbt @ normal time and laid back down for a hour... never got out of the bed. Just out of curiousity, I took bbt again and it was .5 degree higher. My OPK was +, this was the first + after 4 days of -. On CD 15, I did the same thing because initial temp was low and I thought I O the day before due to O pain on CD14. Well second temp was about .5 degree higher. On cycle day 16, I did the same thing but this time my temp did not fluctuate, it remained the same... higher than CD 14 & CD 15. According to my charts, I normally O on day CD12 or 13. So my question to you, is it possible I ovulated twice (currently taking Clomid 100 mg) and which temp do I record, the first one or second?
