Is It Possible After Taking Primolut The Pregnancy Will Be Positive?
Hi, i am 30 years old, 58kg, 160cm. I have polysistic ovaries i never have a regular period. My baby girl is 7 month old, i got pregnant with her after taking clomid. I took 10 pills of primolut nor, last week. i still haven t got my period. Today i made a home pregnancy test that showed positive. Is it possible that the test was wrong because of the pills i took. and in case the test is right and i am pregnant, how does this medicine affect the fetus. what shall i do????

I have gone through your question. Primulet contains norethisterone which is a progesterone. It does not makes urine pregnancy test positive due to its hormonal effect. Since you have positive test, it means you are pregnant.
Norethisterone in low dosage and short duration does not cause any effect on the foetus in first trimester.
