Is It Possible For A Staph Infection To Cause A False Positive HIV Result?

Is it possible for a staph infection to cause a false positive HIV result? I currently have a raging staph infection and because I have a severe anxiety disorder, I at the same time got tested for HIV. No risk of contraction...not a drug user, only had one sexual partner (same person for five years) and never had any blood exposure of any kind. My last negative test was this past July 1st. My worry is that when I receive my results the staph will cause a false positive, and emotionally I'm not equipped for that. Is this possible?
