Is It Possible To Be Lactating From One Breast When Not Pregnant?

Hi, I'm 18 and not pregnant but tonight i've just discovered I'm lactating from one breat. I've just finished a menstrual cycle which was my first since August last year due to the contraception i'm on (depo jab) I'm just really concerned. Please Help!!!

Milk discharge from nipple despite not being pregnant can be due to high prolactin levels. I suggest you to consult your gynecologist or clinical assessment, investigations and thus management.
