Is It Possible To Blow Out Your Adenoids Whilst Blowing Your Nose?

Is it possible to blow out your adenoids whilst blowing your nose. I have just had a severe case of tonsillitis which I have suffered from all of my life and my adenoids always become enlarged too. I have blown my nose and something fleshy looking about the size of a grape came out! My nasal passage feels much more relieved and comfortable now.

Hi. It is not possible to blow out adenoids while blowing your nose. What came out of your nose might be nasal polyp. A histopathology examination of that fleshy mass would have been helpful in deciding the exact nature of mass.
