Hello doctor ... I want to break my hymen with my finger bt i am scared that it will pain a lot and it may cause other sexual problems... I want to have intercourse with my boyfriend soon so i dnnt want him to feel sad and bad by seeing me in pain so tell me how to break it with finger so it pain minimum...

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You can put one finger inside vagina with some local anesthetic or any other gel as lubricant and rotate the finger around vagina, gradually putting two fingers and rotating. This way your hymen will become loose. It should not cause other sexual problem if you are comfortable with the idea.
