Is It Possible To Come Off Of Levothyroxine With Good Nutrition And Healthy Living Plan?

I have a multinodular goiter. I am on the lowest dose of levothyroxine available for 3 years. My labs have always came back in a low range, but within proper range. I have heard stories of people getting off of levothyroxine with good nutrition and a healthy living plan. Is this possible?

Dear sir greetings. I understand your concern. L thyroxin is just a hormone supplement no harm in taking . just that your body needs are high or the gland is exhausted because of stress you are in need of same hormone supplementations which is lacking or less secreted in your body for time being.
Yes good nutritious diet, helps a lot could change the picture overnight!! . you need to take more of sea foods, use iodized salt for cooking. Don't take vegetables like cabbage,
cauliflower etc..
Take nuts and legumes, which have iodine and selenium required for you. Check the thyroid hormone levels every 6 months later we can decide based on the reports. Thank you.
