Is It Possible To Conceive By Cutting The Bent Edge Of Fallopian Tube?

i am 39 year old and my wife 37. We are under treatment for IVF because the doctor who consult telling that my wife fallopian tubes are bent so its difficult to be pregnant so we have to under go for IVF. My doubt is it possible to cut the tube end where its is bent (bent in the edge of the tubes).So that problem can be solved.

Such bent ends of fallopian tubes can not be cut to help conception because the fimbrial end at the end of tube has special arrangement to catch a mature follicle. Thus, helping union of both the gametes in fallopian tube itself. IVF is only way for her to conceive.
