Is It Possible To Conceive While Suffering From Lower Uterine Cavity Filling Defect?

Hi doctor! I ve been trying to conceive for 13 years now, I have had an ectopic pregnancy in 2011 and a miscarriage in 2015. HSG was conducted on me and the findings were 1. Lower uterine cavity filling defect 2. Left hydrosalpinx with peritoneal spillage Can I conceive with these findings?

it is practically difficult to conceive with such uterine findings under normal conditions. although u can ask ur gyneac for available minor surgeries which will make ur uterus competent to hold the fetus
