Is It Possible To Conceive With Absent Ejaculate During Intercourse?

Hi Doctor, I am 39 years old my husband is 41, we have 10 years together, he use a wheelchair for 25 years the problem is I want to know if it is possible to have a kids because I want one now but the problem when we have sex he never has any sperm at all. my weight is 142 and my height is 5.7 and I have a good health

Hi, it is not possible to conceive normally with absent ejaculate. Your husband needs to get a testicular biopsy done to assess formation of sperms. If sperms are forming, then you both can conceive using intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) otherwise donor sperms can be used.
