Is It Possible To Contract STD And HIV With Kissing?

I am Raj(male-Indian), my age is 24 and I weigh about 57 kgs. 4 days back I was with a Russian prostitue, I sucked her nipples(very wildly for 15 mins) and we shared a smooch and she also gave me a blow job, nothing else(no vaginal or anal sex) happened between us. Do I have a chance of getting infected with HIV or any other Sexually tansmitted disease(STD's). I am really very worried right now and the feeling of uneasiness is all over me. thank you for query.with the history given HIV does not spread by kissing,sucking nipples.it also depends on the Positive status of the lady.if she si negative you need not fear at all.As you have not had penetrative sex the chances of you acquiring HIV is bleak.But some viral disease like herpes which is present in oral cavity also can spread if she has it.so look for any symptoms and consult doctor if required.always have protective intercourse.
