Is It Possible To Cure Cervical And Lumbar Spondylosis Permanently?

i am suffering from cirvical and lumber spondylosis and syderal spondylosis . i have under gone treatment from orthopedician doctor and also herbal treatment.i do exercise daily as suggested by doctor.but not much improvement.it has effected my working life.is this disease permanently cured since i am having tis problem nearly six years.what to do sir.
