Is It Possible To Feel Sea Sick After Getting Down From Ship?

I spent 12 hours on a ship and then directly therafter 11 hours in the car. During the overnight ferry and car ride i felt fine. And now at home i feel sea sick...i am dizzy and slightly unstable on my feet . Is this possible? Can i do anything? Any exercise or something to help my inner ear????

This may not be sea sickness but could be overall fatigue due to travelling and some time this could cause nausea and motion sickness like symptoms, because exact sea sickness could happen at that time, now just have a rest try to sleep, even after this symptoms does not improved then you can have Tab Meclizine this would come around, take care.
