Possibility of HIV/STD through oral sex is lower when compared to anal and vaginal sex. Theoretically precum can have HIV and infect the partner. But practically, if at all, it contains a very low concentration of virus not adequate for infection. So the risk is negligible only.

In your case you have no chance of getting HIV because neither you nor your partner is having the disease.
HIV infection is possible by participating in unprotected sex with HIV infected person only.
Some times there is a chance of contacting HIV even by oral sex when you have any cuts or grazes in your mouth or over genital parts and by participating in srxual act with a HIV positive person only
