Is It Possible To Get Lip Herpes Or Infection By Using The Same Cotton Swap For Different People?

Yesterday I did a lipstick tester. The woman used a cotton swab to apply to the lipstick and the placed the swab on my lip. Then I noticed she applied the same end of the swab to the lipstick again and placed it on my lip. I can't help but think she has done many people like this. My question is, is it possible to get lip herpes or any other lip infection this way?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Herpes is transmitted when there is sore and it get contacted directly. I dont agree that it got transmitted by a swab but if there is active infection going on in that patient then you may have chance of getting herpes. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
