Is It Possible To Get Pregnant Despite Of Having Mirena IUD?

I have had mirena for almost 5 yrs, I have had some pregnancy symptoms. Breast tenderness, stomach fluttering, even was nauseous for couple days. I would spot for day or two then stop then spot again. I took couple test about a month ago came back negative. So I put it out my mind, now I m getting same symptoms. Could I be pregnant?

Welcome to HCM,
I read your query and i appreciate your concern regarding this issue.

Mirena IUD give effective contraception for 5 yrs approximately.
As per detailed you are on mirena since last 5 yrs then there are chances of pregnancy if you are sexually active.
If i will be your treating doctor I would advise you to go for serum Beta Hcg test and pelvic ultrasound to rule out pregnancy or any other cause.
Then consult with your Gynaecologist.
