Is It Possible To Get Pregnant With PCOS?

hi am 25yrs old, i did abortion for 2 times in past 3 years. i had contraceptive pill also from 2008 - 2010. But from the past 1 year am trying for pregnancy. I come to know that i am having PCO. and my ultrasound report says right & left ovary are mildly enlarged and measured to 3.7 x 2.0cm and 3.9 x 2.0cm respectively. There are multiple tiny hypo echoic follicles measuring 4 to 8 mm present in the periphery of ovarian stoma. All that follicles contains clear fluid. No adrenal mass lesion. No free fluid in the POD Present. and my HSG report says no evidence of tubal block and no evidence of irregularity and filling effects. Thyroid is also normal. But in the last 1 year my weight increased to 21 kgs and now weight is 79Kgs with 159cms height. My weight is not controlling. Is any problem in pregnancy. Am so scared of my health. Plz help me. Shall i get pregnant. Is any problem is there. am getting period in 30 - 45 days. no normal/regular flow. More vomiting sense and nausea are there. Before i used to follow folic acid and metformine 500mg. Now am having Glycophage Metformine 850mg - 2 times a day. Plz help me with my pregnancy. Thanks in advance.
