Is It Possible To Have Petechiae On Arms While Suffering Grover S Disease?

I was recently diagnosed with Grovers disease (no biopsy done)and was given a steroid shot and cream and it improved a lot but I still have some itchy spots. However, about a week ago I know some spots that look like petechiae on my arms, now I have them on my lower legs. Unlike the Grovers spots, they are brighter red and do not itch at all. I am in good heath but have terrible night sweats (I am 49 and just chalk this up to hormones). Is this all related? 2 separate things going on? Should I go back to the dermatologist?

I really appreciate your concern, these could be two different condition and right now no need to see the dermatologist because it may be self limiting beside the Grover's disease, local steroid can be tried for such spots, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
