hi i'm kiran from kot kapura i' m 20 yera old female. my hieght is too short like 5 ft . so how can i increase my hieght in this age. plz sujecst me the madisan were have no side efect

Hi,Kimi,thanks for query.Dear please understand once you start having your periods that is when you attain puberty,under the influence of hormones your long bones stops growing.This is normal and happens to all.After this age you can not increase height with nothing no medicines,no diet.
