Is It Possible To Make Chest Look Normal In Size And Not Like Gynecomastia ?

sir, i had an habbit of loosing sperms every day from when i was 14 years old. now i'm 25. because of this habbit my chest appers like breast. doctors told its gynecomastia n they did operation. but later we come to know that there was no breast tissue.now is it possible to make my chest look normal

Hi i do not think ur chest looking like breast is due to ur loosing of sperms during teenage.as already gynaecomastia is ruled out .now rule out cushing syndrome as it also causes enlargement of the chest in male if it is ruled out simple liposuction of the area involved can make ur chest normal
