Is It Possible To Ovulate At The Age Of 40 Post Colonoscopy?

I had a colcoscopy done eight weeks ago. My period was due a week ago where I had brown very light loss now it s gone red and heavier more like my normal period. Two questions one is this normal and two will I ovulate later as hoping to start trying for a baby asap as I m already 40

Hello,

If you are 40 and are having a menstrual period it means that you are ovulating and the chance of getting pregnant exists.
I think you can try for six months and then seek medical attention or advice by a fertility doctor.
