Is It Possible To Ovulate In Case Of Irregular Periods As I Have All Pregnancy Like Symptoms?
I had a laparoscopy and d and c to remove a polyp back on October 24,2013. They injected dye and said the left fallopian tube was not working very well and the right ran slowly. I also had to have the cervix dialated as it had closed. I was very irregular in my periods sometimes once every 3 months sometimes every 6 sometimes 3 motnhs in a row regularly with a 35 day cycle. I also had a cyst and history of cysts. i have not ben on birth control in over 8 years and have been abstenant for over 3 years prior to the surgery. Recently and after the surgery I have becoem sexually active regularly with my partner about every 2-3 days. I have not had a period since my surgery, and still not on birth control. I have many pregnancy like symptoms and think I may have ovulated this month but not sure if it is possible to ovulate without a regular cycle.I am not sure how and when to test, and also not sure of what birth control is safe going forward. I also had an IUD removed 10 years ago after imbedding in my uterus that also resulted in chronic PID. Please let me know. I have an increased appetite for protiens and meat, fatigue and sore and itchy nipples. My boyfriend is concerned my breasts are getting larger although I do not think so. I also have dull cramping and milky discharge.
