Is It Possible To Remove The Roots Of The Chalazion Through Surgery ?

Is it possible to remove the roots leading to a chalazion instead of the chalazion itself!! Hi Everyone,I have had an incision and curretage since there was a chalazion in the upper lid of my right eye.Its nearly two weeks now and the chalazion has decreased in thickness and has expand a little bit but it is in the same place and above the chalazion outside in my eye, is aching and begins to become a bit black.I feel that the surgeon had performed the surgical operation above the chalazion and not in the chalazion. Is it that the surgeon has removed the roots leading to the chalazion or Can anyone have an idea why is this so??

Hello and welcome to healthcare magic forum!

The Chalazion might be recurring according to the symptoms given by you.

I suggest you go for a homoeopathic treatment for complete removal of the chalazion and further recurence of chalazion again. As chalazion has a tendency to recur even if removed and homeopathy is the only way you can prevent safely the recurence of chalazion.

Also to help reduce the pain try warm compress and keep cleaning your eyelid regularly.
