Is It Right To Use Su-mag For Testicle Rash And Penile Pus Discharge?
I've found rashes on my testicles few days ago. Now there is pus coming out from penis as well as testicles but in a very small amount. I've locally applied su-mag (magnesium sulfate) ointment which gave me unbearable pain but heals the rashes. but my testicles and penis are wet throughout. Was I doing right thing by using su-man ointment. Which antibiotic should I use.

Only mag.sulfate is not enough for it.
You have to apply antibiotic cream like fusidic acid after cleaning with anti septic liquid.
Start oral antibiotic like amoxy/clavulinic,moxifloxacin.
Nsaid to subside redness,pain,inflammation.
Take proper local care.
Avoid sex till get complete cure.
Start medications under guidance of your family physician.
