Bleeding from nose is called epistaxis.
There is a long list of its causes.
In case of patient with bone cancer it is important to know that the platelet counts are normal and liver functions (prothombin time) is within normal limits. A high index of suspicion should be kept for other causes as well.
Please discuss with treating doctors.
