Is It Safe And Effective To Take Althea ?

Hello,

This question might be quite long because I want to set the facts and circumstances of my condition as clearly and as specifically as possible. I am hoping for your response because this matter is quite urgent. My advance thanks and appreciation as to whom will answer my concern(s):

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex last December 10, 2013. According to my period tracker, December 11 was my ovulation. I panicked and bought a pack of Althea and immediately drank one (1) tablet. Still alarmed and worried, I searched for other remedies. I came to know of ECPs, specifically, Nordette. I consulted my friend, who is also a registered nurse, how to take it. As instructed, I took 4 tablets of Nordette on the 11th of December and another 4 tablets of Nordette on the 13th of December (12 hours after). I was advised by my friend to continue using nordette until I finish the pack. I drank Nordette until December 25, 2013. On the 28th of December, i had vaginal bleeding which lasted until the 1st of January 2014. It is noteworthy to point out that December 28 to January 01 was my scheduled period (according to my period tracker). On the 2nd of January, I had unprotected sex thinking that I was still infertile.

Since I still had 20 tablets of Althea with me that I never got to take, I asked my nurse/friend if i can continue using it. She told me I still can so I started taking it on the 5th of January 2014. I continued taking it until the 24th of January. I had unprotected sex on the 9th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 24th, and 25th of January. According to my period tracker, my ovulation was on the 11th of January and I was most fertile on the 10th. Worried that Althea might have failed, I took 4 tablets of nordette at 5pm of January 12, and another 4 tablets of nordette at 5am of January 13 (12 hours after). I took the nordette pills even when I was still taking Althea (because I wanted to finish it as religiously as possible). According to my period tracker, my scheduled "period" was on the 25th up to the 31st of January, 2014. As for my research on Althea, I was expected to have withdrawal bleeding within 7 days after taking the active pills. Today is the 28th of January (4 days after I took the last tablet of Althea), and I haven't experienced any withdrawal bleeding yet. This causes me much discomfort because I'm worried that I might be pregnant. It is noteworthy that I experienced breast tenderness on the 19th of January onwards, and a couple of migraine attacks before and after said date.

This is now my concern:

Given the facts and circumstances I have disclosed above, is there a fair chance that I might be pregnant? To whoever answers my concern, a million thanks for the help!
