Is It Safe Drinking Beer While Taking Cortisone?

Hi I had an open heart surgery around a month ago (a very difficult one: Aortic and mitral valve replacement + aortic root replacement + 2 grafts + pacemaker). After surgery I got postpericardiotomy syndrome and currently I am consuming Prednisolone. Recently, I have been drinking bear every day and then today I faced a topic about not drinking alcohol while taking cortisone. I would like to know about possible interferences and whether I can consume bear during my medication or not. In advance, I would appreciate your kind help and guidance Regards, Yahya Karimipanah
