Is It Safe For My Daughter To Take Laxopeg Daily For Seven Days For Chronic Constipation, And Could It Cause Dependency?

Hlo..my daughter is suffering from constipation vry long time..i give to her laxopeg from 8 months after tht too i checked her stomach by cct test..in that dr.said me her stool freeze in her intestine..after that dr.said me to give 24gm of laxopeg to her for seven days..we tested her blood too and in tht lymphocytes infection found.. suggest me that is it safe for her so much quantity of laxopeg and it becomes habitual for her..plz suggest any other medications..
