General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, hydroxychloroquine is safe to use during pregnancy or to plan a family with. Other drugs can also be used during pregnancy which you are on already. Keep close rheumatologist liaison during pregnancy as disease may flare etc. Meanwhile, for pain, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen can be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
