Is It Safe To Conceive While Using Canesten Combi For Thrush?

hi i am due to ovulate over the next few days and i want to conceive. i am just finished a course of antibiotics which has resulted in me getting thrush. i have never had thrush before. i am treating it with canesten combi, which is a cream and a tablet i place vaginally (one tablet) is it safe for me to try conceive over the next few days, would there be harmful side effects for baby if i was to get pregnant
