General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Nothing to worry if few drops of this antibiotic swallowed.
Oral cholramphenicol antibiotic medicine can be given.
Even some amount might pass in the nose and throat.
Take enough water and do water gargles.
Ok and take care.
