Is It Safe To Continue Breastfeeding Twins While On Antibiotics For UTI, Even Though They Prefer Formula And My Milk Supply Is Low?

Hello doctor I have twin babies they stopped taking breast milk because they prefer formula feeds only ,and my milk supply is too low now they are placed on lactogen 1 so for long I stopped breastfeeding because they dislike it and I also got uti I took some antibiotics too is it ok to stil give them breast milk because I took so many antibiotics
