Is It Safe To Continue Taking Clexane After Panic Attacks And Spasms?

Hi, i am 6weeeks preg, i have been prescribed Clexane 40mg because of previous miscarriages but i reacted terribly to the 1st shot of the injection. I had abdominal spasms,panic attacks among others, is it safe to continue? i have not seen people with these kinds of reaction.
